No Bullying or Intimidation: Harassment, threats, persistent trolling, and personal attacks against fellow players or game creators are strictly prohibited.
Appropriate Display Names: When choosing in-game usernames or nicknames in browser titles, players must avoid vulgarity, profanity, sexually explicit terms, or impersonation of platform administrators and developers.

2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Policy

Browser games thrive on friendly competition and genuine personal skill. Disregarding fair play undermines the fun for everyone.

No Exploits or Memory Injections: The use of third-party memory injectors, automated bot scripts, auto-clickers in competitive leaderboards, speed hacks, or packet manipulation is strictly forbidden.
Leaderboard Integrity: Artificially inflating high scores through automated scripts or exploiting game glitches will result in the immediate revocation of submitted scores and exclusion from public rankings.
Responsible Bug Reporting: If you uncover an exploit, glitch, or security vulnerability in a game build, please report it to our QA team at [email protected] rather than abusing it in live gameplay.

3. Digital Privacy & Personal Safety

Your online safety is paramount. When engaging in browser games or submitting reviews, remember:

Never Share Personal Information: Do not reveal your full real name, phone number, physical address, school name, passwords, or personal social media profiles in public multiplayer lobbies or username fields.
Protect Minors: Any attempt to solicit personal information from younger players will be treated as a severe security threat and escalated immediately to relevant authorities.
Account Security: YioGames will never ask for your personal financial information, bank details, or private passwords. Beware of any external party claiming to represent YioGames staff asking for sensitive credentials.

4. Developer Respect & Honest Feedback

Independent developers spend hundreds of hours crafting the games hosted on YioGames. We ask our community to support creators with genuine, constructive feedback:

Constructive Reviews: Critique game mechanics, difficulty curves, and visual styles constructively. Express what you enjoyed and how the title could be improved without resorting to abuse or destructive negativity.
No Review Bombing: Coordinated spamming of 1-star ratings or automated bot reviews is actively monitored by our anti-spam heuristics and filtered out of our aggregate rating algorithms.
Respect Copyright & Originality: Game developers submitting titles through our Developer Portal must own all intellectual property rights or hold authorized commercial distribution licenses for all code, art, and audio assets.

5. Enforcement & Reporting Violations

The YioGames editorial and moderation team actively monitors platform activity, reviews incoming bug submissions, and audits community feedback.

First Violations: Minor infractions (such as inappropriate usernames or unconstructive spam) will receive an immediate warning and content removal.
Severe Violations: Harassment, hate speech, automated cheating, or deliberate security breaches will result in an immediate, permanent IP block across our global network without prior notice.
